Visiting Afghanistan had been a childhood dream ever since I read The Kite Runner by Khaled Hosseini. I witnessed a land where humanity still whispers, refusing to be silenced. A lace where hope and despair coexist, and where the dignity of its people remains at the heart of their daily struggles.
